To rent a slingshot, please ensure that you have a current, valid U.S. license and are at least 25 years of age. Additionally, you must possess adequate riding skills. Please be aware that only you or other authorized renters under your rental agreement are permitted to operate the rental slingshot. This slingshot requires PREMIUM 93 FUEL. The Slingshot must be returned with a full tank of gas or you will be charged a fee of $50.

**The slingshot is strictly prohibited from being driven into NY. This slingshot is fitted with multiple GPS trackers. If the slingshot is taken into NY at any point during your rental, you will forfeit your security deposit, your rental will be terminated immediately, and LV Slingshot Rentals will take possession of the slingshot.**
 

Upon arrival for your rental, you must present verification of the following:

- Insurance coverage, including Comprehensive, Collision, and Liability

-  - A physical driver's license that matches the name on the credit card used to make the reservation
 

A $500 authorization hold will be placed on your credit card at check in. Once the authorization hold is released, the authorized amount will return to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit provider.

Reservations are accepted exclusively through our online platform. We do not cancel another customer's reservation in order to accommodate yours, regardless of the number of vehicles rented or the duration of the rental.

For all reservations, a $50 deposit is required, which is fully refundable if canceled prior to 72 hours before the rental. Cancellations within the 72-hour window will receive a credit in the amount of $50 to use at a later date.

Passengers must be at least 10 years of age, able to grasp handholds, firmly plant their feet on the floor with their back fully against the seat backrest, and accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian over the age of 25.

When you receive the Slingshot it will have a full tank of gas. The slingshot ONLY TAKES 93 PREMIUM GAS!! The slingshot must be returned with a full tank of gas unless you opt for our fill up option for an additional $40. If the slingshot is returned with less than a full tank of gas and you did not select our fill up option you will be charged a fee of $50.

Our foremost rule: NO burnouts or donuts will be tolerated. We enforce this policy rigorously and will bill you for a new tire if there is any evidence of such action.

We want to ensure that you have an enjoyable and safe experience with the Slingshot. Thank you for adhering to our guidelines and happy riding!

At LV Slingshot Rentals LLC, we want to ensure a safe and worry-free rental experience for all our customers. For your peace of mind and to protect our assets, it's necessary to meet specific insurance requirements. Please note that you will need to provide proof of a valid insurance policy that includes Comprehensive, Collision, and Liability coverage. It's important to remember that medical insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the customer.

Should any damage occur to the vehicle, any repair costs will be deducted from the $500 hold. In the event that the repair costs exceed this amount, the renter will be held responsible for the full deductible amount.

It's essential to understand that all coverage and waivers are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract and do not include coverage for property, personal or otherwise, or damage resulting from negligence, illegal use of the slingshot, or operation under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Furthermore, if you are unwell, taking medication, or feeling ill, you are not permitted to operate our slingshot.

We want to emphasize that you are accountable for operating your rental slingshot responsibly, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
